People pleasers are individuals who would go to great lengths to satisfy and gain approval from others, and often prioritize the needs and desires of others over their own. To a greater extent, people pleasers find it challenging to assert their own opinions for fear of rejection and disapproval.

Yet, if you have not yet caught up at this point, these are the characteristics one should possess when dealing with algorithms, including one acronym I personally dislike with a passion — SEO.

  • Use the tool to find trends, ensuring you know what to write about!
  • Remember, if people aren’t searching for it, don’t bother writing about it.
  • Drag your video content to 8 minutes, even if the first 6 is nothing but repetitive nonsense. But hey, you need these minutes to impress the algorithm!
  • Forget your mission; just create what people want. That’s how you get ahead.

Content uniformity, a crappy SEO strategy, recommends certain formats and structures for content that search engines favor. Creators who religiously follow these guidelines often end up with content that lacks originality, and wonder if they might as well find another day job.
